Hanaka Ikeda is a Data Officer with a focus on data management and quantitative research.

Hanaka works on the processing and maintenance of monitor databases and dashboards, and works closely with monitor leads and account managers to tailor client dashboards. Hanaka also responds to bespoke client data requests, conducting additional analysis to provide more detailed insights. Alongside her core data responsibilities, Hanaka manages a number of client accounts and contributes to wider research projects across nfpResearch where needed.

Hanaka joined nfpResearch as a Research Assistant in 2024 before moving into her current role. She holds a BSc in Social Sciences from University College London, and regularly volunteers at a mental health charity Body & Soul, supporting their co-produced research on decolonising their services.
