Ella McGill
RESEARCH OFFICER
Ella McGill joined nfpResearch early in 2026 as a Research Assistant. Ella provides technical and operational support across nfp’s various research projects and monitors, helping to ensure smoother delivery.
Ella holds an MSc (Hons) in Social Policy and Social Research from University College London. In 2025, she collaborated with The Survivors Trust to conduct a qualitative research exploration of their UKAS-accredited National Service Standards for supporting survivors of sexual violence. Her wider research experience has focused on the intersection between gender and mental health, with particular emphasis on the experiences of women with ADHD.
Before joining nfpResearch, Ella worked as a Consent Educator with Talk Consent, delivering workshops and assemblies about consent, boundaries and healthy relationships to children and young people across the UK. Her voluntary experience includes campaigning and fundraising for the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre, as well as student advocacy work with various migrant-lead charities in Ireland.
