nfpPress is an annual survey of 150 UK journalists across print, digital, and broadcast media, tracking how they perceive charities and how effectively charities are working with them.

Most charities have a sense of how their media relationships are going, but it's usually based on individual interactions rather than systematic evidence. nfpPress changes that. We maintain our own panel of journalists, drawn from our contacts and those of our clients, covering local and national media across all formats.

The survey tracks how journalists rate the effectiveness of charity media teams, their awareness of your campaigns, and their willingness to cover them. You can benchmark your performance against other charities in the programme, giving you a clear view of where you stand and where there's room to improve.

For media and communications teams, this is unusually direct insight. It tells you not just whether journalists know who you are, but whether they want to work with you, and what would make them more likely to.

Your subscription includes reporting, access to interactive online dashboards, and dedicated account manager time. Download our briefing pack or get in touch to find out more.
